Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed on agentsight.io is Luka Sesar. For anything about your data, write to servicedesk@agentsight.io.

2. What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The demo request form does not submit to a server, it opens your own email client with the details you entered. If you send that email, or write to us directly, we receive your name, email address and whatever else the message contains.

We use it only to reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it. We keep the conversation for as long as it is useful to it, and delete it sooner if you ask.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. Plausible does not use cookies or any other persistent identifier, cannot track you across websites or across visits, and does not store your IP address, it is used only for a few milliseconds to generate an anonymous, aggregated country and device figure, then discarded. Nothing about the data lets us or Plausible identify you personally.

What we see, in aggregate only, is: which pages were visited, the referring site or search engine, approximate country and device or browser type, and two events, when the demo request form is submitted and when a visitor clicks through to the application. Plausible runs on servers in the EU and does not sell or share data with third parties. See their data policy for detail. Because none of this identifies an individual or persists across visits, no cookie consent banner is required, and we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can opt out at any time by enabling Do Not Track or a tracker blocker in your browser.

Beyond that, this site runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and fonts are served from our own domain, not a third party.

If you switch between light and dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

4. Server logs

Like any website, the hosting provider may record standard request logs (IP address, browser, time and page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify visitors.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. Email servicedesk@agentsight.io and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP.

6. Links to other websites

This policy covers agentsight.io only. Sites we link to have their own privacy practices.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
